Complex
We have advanced experience with complex and estate projects. We work with body corporates and managing companies. We help make sure our work fits into the Ombudsman 10 year plan.
Construction
This project customer asked for a very custom waterfall fountain. It runs from its own filtered pump, strip LED's to hi light water falling, pond has own lighting then the side walls it own mood lighting. All electrical run with smart circuit to control full fountain from phone. Also PVS cladding to add texture and custom made copings from marble dust.
Ceiling Revamps
This is one of our specialties. We convert old notty pine ceiling into beautiful modern features.
Roof Revamps
Another project of revamping an old tiled roof. We waterproofed the roof and opted to spray this roof with a beautiful plum colour.
Artistic Touch
For this project we revamped a full office block. From building new drywall, painting and doing artistic colouring on walls.
Tiling
We have a reliable subcontractor for tiling needs. Here we used a subway tile and blue paint to break the white and create a real classy space.
Drywall
We partner with the best to create amazing spaces with drywall. This is a server room that is fire resistant and sound insulated with a venting system.
Aluminium Work
We have the best subcontractor for all your window and door needs. Here we installed a triple sliding door and a stack window to create an amazing bar.
